Wednesday, October 27, 2021 –Kirinyaga Woman Representative has leaked a phone call that she claims was part of a scheme for DP William Ruto’s team to lure her to drop her gubernatorial ambition for the incumbent.
Speaking to Citizen Tv on Tuesday October 26, the vocal Kirinyaga MP revealed that there have been some concerted efforts to black mail her to stop chasing her political dreams of becoming the next governor of Kirinyaga County. That this among other factors led to her fallout with the Hustler Nation.
She revealed that a section of UDA Party brigade have continued to beg her to stop her plans to vie for the 2022 governor position and instead retain her woman representative slot.
“He told me to drop by 2022 Governor Race and seek out the re-election for the Women Race under UDA. This is bad, it’s a politics is blackmail and betrayal. You can’t come to others’ homes and start demanding what should be done,” Ngirici claimed on live Tv.
Ms Ngirici however took to the Facebook to welcome Waiguru into the big ‘Hustlers House’ saying the space was enough for everyone.
“I think it is good to have competition. If you don’t compete, how do you know your strengths? But I have seen things on the ground and I know nothing is going to change and i am glad to welcome Waiguru into this big house,” she said in a phone interview.
Governor Waiguru (her close competitor) joined Ruto’s Hustler camp in an event organized at Ruto’s Karen home in Nairobi on Tuesday morning. She was accompanied by a host of other county leaders among them MCAs.
