Kenya’s Football Federation FKF President Nick Kithuku Mwendwa has won another four year term.
News landing on our Homenews.co.ke sports desk, confirmed how Mr. Mwendwa won the elections with a landslide beating his close rival with 72 votes.
He is now expected to go back to his office with 77 vote support he garnered in the Saturday October 17th elections.
People’s Daily reported the Safari Park held event in which Woman Representative seat was taken by Margret Anyango who pulled a total of 43 votes against closest threat Kerubo who got 42 votes in a competition that was described as very stiff.
National Elections Council seat NEC went to Michel Ouma who polled 59 votes against Isaac Macharia’s 25 vote and Tom Alila who managed only a single vote and which could be his own.

Nick Mwendwa’s first term was not so smooth as he was, at some point during his tenure, linked to graft claims; and his election today has been described by sports lovers as another interesting chance for him to disapprove everyone that he is still able to turn around the sporting activities in the country.
Just like the old adage puts ‘To who much is given much is expected’ and for Mwenda, he is supposed to prove this through service delivery and less talk.
