The verbal altercation that ensued at the Kenya Airways KQ passenger section on Monday evening was uncalled for.
Personally, I think this was purely triggered by carelessness from the part of the service provider KQ.
The infuriated Nigerian passenger lady could be heard complaining about 17 hours flight delay.
In the altercation, she was also heard mentioning that she wants fresh sanitary pads following the delays.
She went ahead and threw her used pads at the face of the KQ attendants and further threatened to call the Nigerian finance minister.
“Am right away calling the finance minister,” she yelled.
In an immediate response, one of the senior attendants at the KQ flights told her to, instead, call their president.
Though, throwing used towels at attendants was uncalled for, let us also know that Kenya Airways has had its share of management problems and sone of these problems are unfair to the clients.
Attendants are also wrong exchanging with passengers. This made the matter worse to an already injured passenger.
