Saturday, July 29, 2023 –Comedian Oga Obinna, born Thomas Maghana, has officially started his role at Citizen Tv as the new 10 over 10 show host.
Obinna replaced Willis Raburu at the Tv station where he will be taking over the youthful 10 over 10 entertainment show that airs every Friday night.
The news about Obinna replacing Raburu emerged on Friday July 28 with sections of their fans guessing how this was going to pan out.
It is, therefore, official that Obinna is succeeding Willis at 10 over 10 show as per the news shared today on Instagram by the former Kiss 100 morning presenter.
“It’s such an Honor to be here. Tonight, I tick another DREAM off my to-do list. Always wanted to work at RMS on Citizen TV. Finally, my dream has come TRUE!! I get to be on TV again as a host of the bggest Tv show 10 over 10!! Mama, we made it!” exclaimed an ecstatic Oga Obinna.
Obinna recently quit Kiss 100 Fm where he has been running a morning show with Kwambox after Jalang’o and co-host Kamene Goro left the station for greener pastures.
In his Instagram post, Oga conveyed his deep sense of honour and gratitude for the opportunity to work with the SK Macharia-owned Royal Media Services RMS on Citizen TV.
With an unmatched decade-long experience in hosting various TV shows and numerous outdoor concerts and events, the comedian is determined to deliver excellence in his new roleon Tv.
Willis Raburu, days ago, moved to County Government of Nairobi where he has joined Governor Johnson Sakaja’s communication team.
