In a statement seen by Homenews.Co.ke, the lawyer rubbished the move which he termed as inconsequential and which will not stop him from working with President William Ruto.
The first term lawmaker added that he will not be apologizing for his action despite calls by the party top brass to apologise.
“My Party has today expelled me for working with HE President William Ruto. I have no apology and will continue to work with the President,” he wrote in a response on Wednesday September 6 evening.
Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party expelled more than five lawmakers attached to the party over what was described as gross misconduct.

“The NEC has resolved to expelled from the party Hon. Elisha Odhiambo (Gem), Sen. Tom Ojienda (Kisumu), Hon. Gideon Ochanda (Bondo), Hon. Felix Odiwuor (Lang’ata) and Hon. Caroli Omondi (Suba South) for defying party position and gross misconduct,” the circular read in part.
