Sunday, April 24, 2022 –Former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga landed in the United States of America USA safely with his team.

Mr. Odinga flew out of the country on Saturday April 23 a few minutes after visiting Lee Funeral Home where his colleague former President Mwai Kibaki’s body had been preserved.

In his company are several MPs allied to Azimio, Narc Kenya Party leader Martha Karua and his spokesman Prof. Makau Mutua.

In an official statement from his campaign secretariat, Mr. Odinga and his entourage will hold meetings with among others, senior US government officials, senior members of the United States Congress, and key African-African leaders. He will also meet top business men and tech giants from Silicon Valley San Francisco City.

“Touchdown: Washington DC for a working week. Looking forward to a robust, interactive series of engagements over the next couple of days,” Raila posted on his Twitter page shortly after he arrived in the US.

Even though pictures of Raila and his entourage’s arrival in the US did not include Martha Karua, the Narc Kenya Party boss also confirmed Saturday night that she had “just  landed at Dulles International Airport Washington DC” to join the team.
