African Union Commission Chair candidate Raila Odinga has arrived in Benin to meet with Olushegun Adjadi Bakari.

Odinga made this update on his X official platform today Thursday saying:

“I arrived in Cotonou, Benin, where I held talks with Foreign Minister, Olushegun Adjadi Bakari.I shared my vision on agriculture, infrastructure and technology to unite and amplify the voice of Africa if elected as the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) Benin and Kenya share very close relations, and I am grateful for the warm reception that I was accorded”.
