African Union Commission AUC Chairman candidate Raila Odinga has continued wooing African Presidents to his side ahead of the next year AUC polls.
After leaving Benin and Accra Ghana, Mr. Odinga flew straight to Togo where he met with President Faure Gnassingbé with whom they deliberated on the Africa continent development agenda.
“I had fruitful deliberations with President Faure Gnassingbé of Togo, on the opportunities, challenges, and possible solutions to issues facing the African continent,” Raila updated.
He clarified that his engagements with leaders across the continent is part of his wider outreach programme to rally support for his African Union Chairperson bid.
