Speaker Moses Wetang’ula has declared Kenya Kwanza coalition the majority Party in both Houses; setting stage for a political duel between Azimio and William Ruto’s administration.

Making a statement after this ruling in the House today Wednesday, Minority Leader Junet Mohamed stated firmly that it is not going to be business as usual.

“It’s going to messy and noisy and with casualties. I promise you and we can see it’s getting smelly. We have said it is not going to be business as usual. We have already withdrawn from House business and they can have their bhsiness and still we will challenge it in court and everywhere else,” announced Junet.

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna joined the bandwagon calling out the William Ruto-led administration for overturning the will of the people.

“The Court was clear that the Majority/Minority was determined by the voter on 9th August 2022. What happened and what is happening now is nothing short of stealing the will of the people”.

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka joined the debate from his social media handles saying the Majority party is known from the ballot and not declared by Mr. Wetang’ula.

The ruling by speaker Moses Wetang’ula coming just days after the High Court had handed Azimio victory in the same matter.
