Friday, July 12, 2024 –The new Cabinet that will be replacing the dismissed team will be picked depending on their competence and integrity history.
Statehouse reports confirm that President William Ruto is now committed to having a competent team in his Cabinet after he sacked the old team which Kenyans have had issues with all along especially on their performance and office integrity.
Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has today Friday revealed that a seismic shift is in place to assemble a group of exceptional brains to deliver the Kenya Kwanza manifesto.
Mudavadi shared these details with the public saying the dramatic sacking of the old team signals a fresh start that will reflect the will and wishes of the entire country.
“The President is steadfast in his resolve to deepen public participation, fostering a governance structure that champions equity across various social strata,” Mudavadi stated.
Mudavadi who was speaking during the critical diplomatic engagement outlined a series of plans that his boss President William Ruto has now put in place to ensure his government runs smoothly and to the satisfaction of everybody.
The forthcoming nominees will not only reflect high standards of competence but will also embody integrity as it is needed by the Constitution of Kenya.
PCS Mudavadi’s remarks coming after Ruto’s decisive action on July 11, which saw the dismissal of Cabinet Secretaries and the Attorney-General, excluding only the Prime Cabinet Secretary and the Foreign Affairs CS position.
This move is a strategic exercise of presidential power, aimed at revitalising the Executive and renewing citizens’ confidence in Kenya Kwanza leadership.
