Thursday, March 16, 202 –President William Ruto has today made good his threats and nominated 50 Chief Administrative Secretaries CAS into his Cabinet.
Ruto’s sigh of relief came about after courts cleared him to nominate and appoint allies into the controversial plum position.
The list was made public on Thursday, March 16, when he unveiled the final list of the appointees for the controversial positions.
