Friday, February 12, 2021 – President Uhuru Kenyatta could be suffering hard in the hands of his Deputy William Ruto who seems to be running away with the entire Jubilee House to his Karen home.
DP Ruto has shifted the whole Jubilee politicians to his Karen residence leaving Uhuru Kenyatta with the cabinet whose formation everyone knows does not include politicians. So simply put, Ruto has the politicians while Uhuru has the cabinet.
Uhuru therefore is not only hopeless but also exposed. It is even easier to tell that the war of words between the two is as a result of this bizarre situation.
The president is to blame for all what is happening in both in Jubilee Party and the Government and should therefore be stopped from duping Kenyans that William Ruto has messed his legacy. Where was he anyway.
It sickens to see the Head of State daily cry about his deputy as if he(Uhuru) didn’t realize he was the man at the top of the ladder. And when he comes out complaining, it makes some of us who went to school wonder if his deputy was his boss! He makes everything look bad and he should therefore spare us this drama. Kenyans need food on the table.
Mr. Kenyatta is having it rough to control his own party. His junior Ruto is in control of the majority making him even bitter forgeting that this was his own big political blunder to let it happen so. Uhuru after taking power never knew he will be back to politics but here he is now looking helpless as Ruto gives him a run for his money.
To be straight, it makes some of us wonder where the president was all these time Ruto was creating networks within Mt. Kenya. He has actually made Uhuru look out of place.
As if the president didn’t see see this coming, Ruto for a fact, started disrespecting his boss Kenyatta long time ago by launching projects upto Mt. Kenya Region which belongs to Kenyatta. The president, on the other hand, left this to go on for a long time what’s now haunting him because it is not easy to overturn all what happened in their eight years in power.
Today, Ruto is now running a parallel full house government from his Karen residence and activities there are ‘a beehive’.
“When Ruto attacks the ODM leader for dismantling Jubilee and derailing its agenda, he’s telling the President, “You’ve been played the fool” by Raila. So, in essence, Ruto isn’t scolding Raila but attacking his own boss for being easy naïve prey,” Musalia Mudavadi’s aide Kibisu Kabatesi claimed in one of his articles in a local daily.
This, according to Kabatesi, makes some of the reasons Uhuru looks high tempered, angry and vengeful.
