Wednesday, August 28, 2024 –President William Ruto’s huge reception in Nyanza Region has seen him react on the turn out.
In a statement he shared with the public on his official platforms Wednesday afternoon, President Ruto stated that his main agenda is to lead a united nation.
He called out those attempting to divide the country saying that should be a thing of the past for the greater good of the nation.
“What unites us is greater than what divides us. Let us combine efforts and take Kenya to the next level. Thank you the people and traders of the great City of Kisumu for the warm welcome,” started Dr. Ruto.
Dr. Ruto added that political unity currently being implemented by his administration will see every part of the country developed equally.
The UDA Party boss noted that the purpose of forming the broad-based government was to make sure no one is left behind in national matters.
“The progressive and inclusive politics we have adopted as a country ensures that no part of Kenya is left behind in development. This is the rationale behind the recent naming of a broad-based Cabinet”.
