Ex-Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has claimed that President William Ruto used and still scripts speeches for politicians.
Addressing in Laikipia area yesterday, the former DP recounted several incidents where Ruto wrote speech notes for him to announce some which were deliberately meant to harm the Mt. Kenya Region.
He revealed that when he(Gachagua) realised that the boss was not for the good of Kikuyus, he started snubbing such scripted notes and that is the point at which the two started to disagree.
