Ruto, Wife Rachel Celebrate Wedding Anniversary

Thursday, December 21, 2023 -President William Samoei Ruto has today Thursday December 21 turned 57 years old.

Fellow leaders and other Kenyans have thronged social media with goodwill messages wishing him a Happy Birthday.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, in his wishes, simply described him as a good friend.

“Happy Birthday, my Brother and my Friend, President Ruto,” tweeted Gachagua.

Majority Leader in the National Assembly Kimani Ichung’wah stated that Ruto was not only his close friend but also his long-time political mentor.

“My friend, elder brother & mentor per excellence, on this day as you celebrate your birthday and wedding anniversary, may the Lord’s blessings pour upon you and Mama Rachel.

“Your leadership and mentorship to many other leaders speaks volumes of the Blessings you continue to share with the world, may you blow many more in the years ahead,” Ichung’wah wrote.

Mama Rechel Ruto described President Ruto as her cherished friend with whom they tied knot today.

“Happy Birthday, Bill, my cherished friend and confidant. On this momentous day, as we celebrate your birthday and our wedding anniversary, I am filled with gratitude.

“Reflecting on the journey we’ve shared, I am reminded of a verse from the Bible, “There are three things that will endure – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love,” she noted in a post seen by Kenyawide.com.

Several other Kenyans including Dennis Itumbi and Millicent Omanga also joined in wishing the president a happy birthday.
