Thursday, February 10, 2022 –Murang’a County Woman Representative Sabina Chege created a light moment while on their Azimio la Umoja tour held in Vihiga County today, Thursday.
When she took to the stage to address just after Homa Bay Woman Representative Gladys Wanga, Ms Chege alerted locals on how she was happy because she had spotted some handsome men around and was willing to take one as her life partner.
“Na hapa mimi naona ni kama nitachomoka na kamoja,” she quipped as the audience ended in cheers and applause.
She would then ask those interested in talking to her in private to prepare their phones so that to save her number which she only read the prefix and completed with Baba the 5th.
Chege also used the opportunity to take a swipe at their rival camp – Kenya Kwanza Alliance – which has been claiming that the State is plotting to rig Odinga into the Statehouse.
She said if an election can be rigged then they are also willing to do the same as long as Odinga ends up in Statehouse.
“I have heard this lazy talk in Central by Tangatanga that Raila will be rigged in. They should know that if we knew how to steal in the previous elections, what makes you think we will not do something,” the Women Rep posed.
She nonetheless urged locals to equip themselves with voting cards ready to make Raila Odinga’s 5th quest for power a reality on August 9.
Sabina also reminded the Kenya Kwanza group that if Raila was a project as they want to portray him, then he is a project of the people of Kenya.
The Azimio la Umoja brigade are currently going round the country drumming up support for the opposition honcho. They started with Nyanza before moving to Western Kenya on Thursday February 10.
