Saturday, April 9, 2022 –National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi is joining Kenya Kwanza outfit; according to latest reports.

Making this revelation on social media, Kericho County Senator Aaron Cheruiyot confirmed on Saturday April 9 that the speaker was their latest arrival; what he described as a move to bolster their popularity and galvanize Mt Kenya Region for Deputy President William Ruto.

“Latest Signing. Kenya Kwanza FC. We mean business,” Cheruiyot wrote.

It is interesting to see Muturi who has all along been promising never to have any pre-election coalition agreement with anybody finally agree to join William Ruto’s team that also comprises, Amani National Congress ANC Party of Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetang’ula’s Ford Kenya, Moses Kuria’s Chama cha Kazi, William Kabogo’s Tujibebe and now Muturi’s Democratic Party DP.

Impeccable sources have indicated that Muturi may now be the most appropriate running mate for William Ruto in the August 9 elections. This is despite Kenya Kwanza having key players like Musalia Mudavadi, MP Rigathi Gachagua and Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru.
