Thursday, February 18, 2021 -Two Presidential hopefuls today Thursday met with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Reacting just moments after meeting both Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana and Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi both who have declared their 2022 presidential interest, Mr. Odinga described the move as historical.
“Good seeing Daktari Kituyi after such a long time away from home,” Raila said on his Twitter.

In the meeting was also Siaya Senator James Orengo who was part of the team whose discussion, according to well-placed sources, centered on the 2022 politics and governance.
Though, the jury is still out, Mr. Kituyi recently refuted claims of being a project of any politician in the country. He also stated clearly that he was not part of the BBI politics because he had a bigger dream for the country better than the BBI.
“Don’t think Kituyi is anybody’s project. Tell me, who in this country can employ Kituyi as his project?” Kituyi asked.
Kituyi pegs his candidature on rejuvenating the Kenya’s ailing economy through his vast experience in matters trade and development.
His meeting with Odinga is coming at the time many Luhya leaders especially those affiliated to the ANC Party think Mukhisa’s mathematics deliberately came to destroy numbers for Musalia Mudavadi.
