Wednesday, July 31, 2024 ––Former Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has come out to distance self from the ongoing news about his new appointment as Kenyan Ambassador.
This is after news went round the social media that he had been considered in the diplomatic position by President William Ruto who is busy making changes in his government to reflect the wishes of the country.
In the post shared widely on X today Wednesday July 31, Moses Kuria was announced as the new Ambassador for Kenya in Ukraine, Aisha Jumwa was indicated as taking to Switzerland as Ababu Namwamba was rumoured to be heading to Chard as the new Kenyan ambassador.
However, moments later, Mr. Kuria came out to downplay the news and asked Kenyans to disregard the misleading post because it was not true.
He added that, in case of any such appointment, he will announce this through the right channels and at the right time.
“It has come to my attention that false information regarding my appointment as the Ambassador to Ukraine is being circulated by various bloggers. I would like to clarify and assure everyone that the credible and accurate details about any new appointment will only be shared through my official Facebook page Hon.
