Sunday, April 2, 2023 –Lawmaker Oscar Sudi has hinted at a plan by the current government to silence Raila Odinga, through force.
Addressing somewhere in Eldoret on Saturday April 1, a visibly charged up Sudi warned the Oginga family against causing problems to the country, saying, this William Ruto’s new administration will not take lying down.
“And Oburu Odinga, tell your brother that this rumour about killing him may come true if he is not going to pullout of active politics,” he insinuated.
The MP claimed that Raila has been brutalizing peoples’ children every electioneering period and time is ripe for the same to happen to him, also.
The President’s close ally said their Kenya Kwanza government won’t be distracted by the opposition schemes to bring it down; and that they are well-prepared to tackle the planned Azimio La Umoja two-day protests per week.
A fire-breathing Kapsaret Member of Parliament also seized the opportunity to heap praises at the current Deputy President Rigathi Gachgua for remaining firm at this time the country is under ‘immense threat’ from Mr. Odinga
“Rigathi Gachagua is the best Deputy President that Kenya has ever had. Gachagua has brains that no other DP has ever had in this country,” added Sudi.
He noted that the William Ruto-Gachagua government will not enter into Handshake arrangements like the one Uhuru signed with Odinga in 2018.
“Handshake No. We say No and forget it completely,” he charged.
He was speaking this just hours after the second-in-command Gachagua had highlighted the possibility of sealing Raila’s fate tomorrow Monday April 3.
