Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino is planning to run for the Nairobi gubernatorial seat against the wishes of his party, ODM.
Additionally, his party leader Raila Odinga with whom they can nolonger see eye-to-eye will not be blessing him for the seat and, instead, he(Raila) could support Johnson Sakaja or someone else.
I don't know what plans and skills Babu Owino will apply to beat through these hurdles because politics in this country are something else.
