MPs to earn retirement package of sh 100,000 every month
Members of Parliament have passed a bill that will see them are sh 100,000 every month as retirement pension.
Former legislators who served between 1984 and 2001 will be earning the amount but only if the Head of State Uhuru Kenyatta will sign the amendments into law when it will be brought before him.
The Amendments were made to the Parliament Pensions Act on Wednesday August 5th2020 which MPs led by Orange Democratic Movement ODM’s John Mbadi supported saying this won’t cost Kenyans a lot
