Three Nigerian Nationals Over Gang Rape
Three Nigerian nationals were arrested in Nairobi on Sunday after a woman accused them of gang rape at an apartment in Parklands area.
The suspects, Amos Belumi (33), Tucin Mukun (30), and Olamide Lawrence (29) are set to face charges under Section 10 of the Sexual Offences Act in court today.
Police confirmed that the victim, who was taken to the hospital for medical care, had filed a report. This arrest follows a worrying trend of rising assault cases, despite ongoing awareness campaigns.
