There is Still Life After BBI – Sifuna

Wednesday July 21, 2021 -Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party doesn’t rely much on the Building Bridges Initiative BBI.

In an interview with a local channel, Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party official Edwin Sifuna said BBI is not a matter of life and death as some people think of Raila. He added that if the project flops it will be the whole country which would have lost and not Odinga alone.

Accordingly, Mr. Sifuna mentioned that the initiative was just a conversation among Kenyans but which some individuals decided to paint badly and therefore should the courts decide to throw it away so be it life continues.

“BBI is just a conversation not a matter of life and death for ODM.”

“If the courts stop it we will move on as a fast and you wouldn’t believe it,” Sifuna stated.

Those with ill motive, according to the Sec Gen painted the Draft Bill as a bad thing and that’s why it started facing unnecessary upheavals.

The Court of Appeal will be deciding its fate on August 20, 2021.
