Friday, October 18, 2024 –A man who stole a laptop worth sh 123,000 from a lady in Machakos was later on embarrassed after being caught.
It was reported that Cheptul who resides in Mlolongo stole Judith’s pricey laptop when both were having an evening drink at the facility.
According to a source, he picked the laptop the time Judith had went to the wash room to empty self.
“Alichukuwa laptop ya mwingine wakati huyo mwenye laptop alikuwa amekimbia wash room,” a witness recounted how it happened adding that:
“Tuliona akitokea gate ya nyumba mbio mbio”.
On return from the wash room, devastated Judy moved around the facility wailing over her lost machine which was not lying anywhere on the desk she had left. She told waiters that the machine belongs to her employer and that there was an important document she was preparing.
