Thousands of Entrepreneurs to Train Technology at Hampton’s

Saturday, April 24, 2021 -Over 4000 young entrepreneurs will be trained at the newly built Akoin Opportunity Hub at Mwale City which houses Hamptons Hospital.

Akoin Chief Executive Officer CEO also President Jon Karas made the announcements via their Facebook page on Saturday April 24 saying the Akoin Opportunity Hub AOH will be a state-of-the-art technology center and which will be based within the 10,000 Sq ft research wing at Hamptons.

Those trained will also get funding to implement their business ideas and skills in both blockchain and Artificial Intelligent AI.

Confirming the development today Saturday, Hampton’s African Ambassador Parkin Munzala told Homenews.co.ke desk that those who will have benefited from the training will be able create thousands of businesses extending into the next decade.

“Those new businesses will be expected to create another over 30,000 job opportunities by year 2030,” promised Mr. Munzala via phone call to this desk.

That through their partnership with United Nations Development Programme UNDP and Netherlands based Effect.ai, the prepared human resource will finally bolster Kenya’s place in the Cryptocurrency and Artificial Intelligence sector.

Mwale Medical and Technology City is located in Butere Subcounty , Kakamega County.
