Nairobi lawyer Doanld Kipkorir has spelt doom for senior State officials who received Adani millions to ward the company with JKIA and Ketraco multimillion tenders.
In his statement to the public today Monday November 25, the Nairobi lawyer said, both the U.S and India will not rest until the corrupt Kenyan officials are held responsible.
“We all have problems, but imagine those Adani gave Billions to corruptly award him KAA/JKIA, KETRACO & SHA contracts! They have to refund him. And without refunding, they can’t travel to Dubai where Adani has his boys are waiting at all Ports of entry!” said Lawyer Kipkorir.
Lawyer Kipkorir noted that Adani will spill the beans to the U.S authorities so that he can suffer a lenient sentence.
“And Adani will enter into plea burgain agreement either U.S Prosecutors revealing all payments and recipients of his corruption for lenient sentences so that he serves 5 years in jail instead of 30 years,” added Kipkorir.
He further warned that things money can’t buy include reach of U.S legal system and that it is time for Kenyan politicians to learn never to accept bribes of the favour the highest bidder.
He also pointed out that this becomes even worse when the bribes were made in dollars what the U.S will be keen to.
