Saturday, May 25, 2024 –Politician Kimani Ngunjiri has blasted William Ruto’s government for sidelining some of the key supporters especially those who lost elections in 2022.
The former Bahati Member of Parliament, has gone to the media to list three of William Ruto’s close figures as the ones orchestrating favoritism and corruption in the government.
“There are people in this government who have escalated incitement and always planning to frustrate Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua,” he stated.
He also added that these three people who are close to the head of State are top in corruption and receive bribes for almost everything that happens in government.
“I know where we came from. Everyone does. Murkomen gets 10 percent in every project under his docket.
“Some of these people had only two under wares and, today, we are showing God heavy stomach using corruption money to fight friends in government,” Ngunjiri noted.
According to the United Democratic Alliance UDA party politician, the same powerful people in government are creating divisions all over including in Kericho, Uasin Goshu, Narok and many more other places.
“Murkomen, you were helped to get to that position by Gachagua. You went to deputy president’s home to ask him to help you get to that position,” added Ngunjiri.
He accused President William Ruto’s long time and trusted friend Farouk Kibet and MP Oscar Sudi of orchestrating the current problems in the ruling party.
“For two years, I am jobless because I was not fighting for this government to get a job; it was for the common good of everyone and Wanjiku is not a fool, they are watching everything happening,” angry Ngunjiri further noted.
He seized the opportunity to ask Kenya Kwanza leaders not to plunge the country into a similar situation that affected Uhuru Kenyetta’s Jubilee era.
Ngunjiri, therefore, asked the deputy president and his boss William Ruto to take control of their government so that blame game cannot be a thing of the past.
He also sought forgiveness from former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
