Coming out to clarify that the photos which started circulating yesterday Thursday August 14 were true, he said this was his big day meeting Churchill comedian Prof Hermo with whom they went to pick the car together.
He said his taxi business which he shared documents was bedeviled with constant hurdles and with Covid-19 pandemic, he had to fall out of business. That four years ago his Uber venture collapsed because his car was old before he switched to opening an eatery which also closed down due to Coronavirus pandemic in the country.
Njogo reportedly narrated that it was this story that he shared with car dealership Maridady Motors who called him and encouraged him to make a comeback in the same taxi business.
“Four years ago, I lost my taxi business because my car was too old. Recently, I also lost my eatery business due to Covid-19. When Maridady Motors heard about my story, they called me and told me to trust in the process,” he claimed.
At the company, he met with CEO and talked for a length of time about the business and finally offered to support him pick up the pieces again.
“I later met with Maridady CEO and we encouraged each other as men on the importance of resilience in life and business. I can confirm that they have been very gracious to me,” Njoro disclosed.
He is now scheduled to start driving classes and business training all which will be funded by Maridady.
Delighted Njogo who has a striking resemblance with Kenyatta confirmed the brand new car which he was handed will be delivered to his homestead. in a weeks’ time.
