Wednesday, August 24, 2022 –Ms Justina Wamae has continued her onslaught against Roots Party leader Prof George Wajackoyah.
Speaking during a lengthy KTN Tv night interview on Tuesday August 23, Wamae revealed how they went into the general election without talking to each other since her boss had already blocked her on phone.
She said, though they appeared together at the Bomas of Kenya during the national tallying day, they had never been talking on phone.
“The last time I had a conversation with my party leader was August 3. That was before elections. After that he blocked me…
“We were together at Bomas of Kenya but not speaking on phone. We only spoke one-on-one when we met at the Bomas,” she told her host on Tv.
She also disclosed that she was not a member of the Roots Party the way some sections have been thinking but she was only picked after going through a competitive interview process that saw her start to deputise Wajackoyah.
“I wasn’t a member of the Roots Party, I applied for the position when they advertised. When I was accepted as a running mate, they had to register me as a member…,” she added.
Wamae who is warming up towards Kenya Kwanza has, therefore, accused her boss Wajackoyah of being highly reactive any time he thinks something is going wrong and wondered why himself has never been summoned despite having been agitating Azimio slogans in their Roots Party rallies countrywide.
Wamae refused to appear before her party’s disciplinary committee after concerns were raised about her new-found loyalty.
