Wanjigi Joins Raila in Firing at Ruto Over Tax Matters

Sunday, February 5, 2023 –Safina Party leader Jimmy Wanjigi has asked Kenya Kwanza government to stop meddling in the affairs of the late Jomo Kenyatta family.

Addressing congregants on Sunday February 5 at Power of Faith Church International in Kiambu County, the former presidential candidate cautioned that straying into the affairs of the founding family would be costly in the long run.

He said that these political attacks might not go very far since the founding family is not a light subject the way it is being made to look like.

“Hamutatatua mkitafuta mali ya Jomo Kenyatta. That one we will not allow,” he said.

Tycoon Wanjigi added that Ruto and his team should focus on the real economic saboteurs while trying to recover any stolen property.

The businessman also said that the Jomo Kenyatta family must be left in peace and anyone who will stray towards that end may not find it very comfortable leading this country.

“Why are you targeting Mama Ngina? Now you are crossing the line because if you are after his property, who are we?” he asked.

Mr. Wanjigi was speaking this just one day after Mama Ngina dared the State to seize her wealth in the name of forcing for the unpaid taxes.
