Sitting position DP Ruto was supposed to assume but failed to show up.

Though not clear, administrators were sharp to realize that their section would divert attention from the real issues hence attracting a public backlash that would be hard to correct at the end of the conference.

And to keep everyone focused to the event, anyone who wanted to talk about Ruto or the Hustler Nation couldn’t succeed by any means.

In the absence of Ruto, Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i had to then step in and invite the Head of State as Ruto’s seat was removed from its position.

When the president arrived, it was clear that his deputy was yet to arrive sending the right signal that he wouldn’t be attending.
