Monday, September 23, 2024 –Choosing an office space in Nairobi Town is made easier since this can be done through the help of a real estate manager or by browsing real estate websites.
Offices, unlike before, are now moving towards outskirts of Nairobi CBD. The business community now prefers to own working space either in Westlands area or Upper Hill area.
Some owners find it manageable to rent working space along Ngong Road. Mombasa Road doesn’t have as many office spaces as Ngong Road. Along Mombasa Road, you can only find industrial extensions because of the heavy manufacturing industries located at Industrial Area.
NGOs, Tech companies, consultants, advocate offices are mostly located in Westlands, Karen and along the busy Ngong Road.
Another reason this is happening so is because of ambience, accessibility and free flow of traffic or clients.
Therefore, if you are looking for an office space in Nairobi, you would better start with those areas we mentioned above and your work will be easier.
A good idea would be to start from outskirts and, if you don’t find one, try CBD which should be your last option, anyway.
