Cabinet Secretary Aden Dual e has been moved again. Duale is one of the William Ruto’s CSs who must be moved anytime there is a reshuffle.
It is not easy to understand why he must be touched all the time the current president makes changes in this administration.
There are two possibilities – maybe, Ruto still wants to give his friend a strong docket in this government but still thinking which one or, he is preparing to let him go. Or else, why would he(Ruto) be regularly subjecting Duale to reshuffles all the time?
Duale was in Defence, then Environment and now Health. Too much. We hope it is now enough.
