Why JKL Could be Shut Down and Jeff Detained – Atwoli

Thursday, October 21, 2021 –Jeff Koinange’s JKL show will be shut down in 2022 when new government will take power. COTU Boss Francis Atwoli has predicted.

Mr. Atwoli cautioned Jeff Koinange that should Deputy President William Ruto take power from Kenyatta, many journalists will be held responsible for their past actions.

The trade unionist also claimed that out of the 42 tribes in the country, Mt Kenya Region will be the worst hit by Ruto’s vengeance administration.

Atwoli went on to say that top journalist in the country including Jeff Koinage will nolonger air their shows freely unless officially sanctioned by the Statehouse.

“Where is your security Jeff? You will have a problem. Are you not related to President Uhuru Kenyatta? He posed as Jeff wondered how that has anything to do with why he should be arrested.

“What does that have to do with anything?” Jeff responded curiously as Atwoli answered him saying his affiliation with the Kenyattas was a great undoing.

“Jeff.. Jeff.. You will be the first person to be arrested because of your affiliations with the likes of Atwoli. Before you get any lawyer to bail you out, you will have answered so many questions,” he stated.

The vocal unionist went ahead to claim that any business venture Jeff Koinange was currently running in and out of the country risk closure by the State should Ruto seize power from Uhuru in 2022.

He then advised Mt Kenya part of the country to be careful during next elections because they can only remain safe in different hands and not Ruto’s.
