Saturday, August 14, 2021 -Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party leader Raila Odinga has claimed to have finally found a way through which he would be able to access the vote rich Mt. Kenya part of the country.
Assuring his supporters in Nyanza that there was light ahead, Mr. Odinga addressed that he had stumbled on a formula that would help him to win votes from Central Kenya.
The opposition honcho who was speaking this in his Luo dialect added that it is only the Mt. Kenya part of the country which has all the time made it hard for him to get to the Statehouse; but today he is hopeful this will be undone within the next few months.
He further divulged that he had now changed his style of approach so that he can win as many souls as possible in the next coming days.
“I have seen the point of entry to the mountain, though some people still object this” he added.
The ODM Party boss then added that his main point of entry will work magic and promised to deliver his Canaan journey in 2022.
“I have looked ahead and seen where we all should go. I hope you too have seen this. Kumekucha (It has dawned) and I hope you have seen this too,” Odinga said.
He is now hopeful of working with the president and his loyalists to make his final journey to Statehouse much possible than before.
Also speaking in the burial event, Ndaragua MP Jeremiah Kioni observed that all the damage DP William Ruto had made in their area will be undone within just three months.
“Ruto has failed the president for four years. We can undo the inroads he has made within three months as we move towards the election,” Kioni asserted.
Raila’s latest tour in Central on Thursday August 12 was well received with sections of his hosts trumping up support for his presidential ambitions. Peter Kenneth – former Gatanga MP – said the journey to sell Odinga in their region was on course and unstoppable.
On his part, Siaya Senator James Orengo has claimed that only Raila has been consistent in standing with people from the Mountain anytime they are facing difficulties and no one could claim otherwise.
